Also, you can turn the data on and off as you need. There is no contract. So if you only want it for a month then you can sign up and then cancel it after they bill for that month. If you decide you want it on again just turn it back on.
any ordering guide ive ever seen has always had tbd for engine numbers. if you can see the ordering guide so can the competition so best to keep it hum as long as possible especially in the diesel hp tq wars
seems like 2020 is the year with some pretty big powertrain changes. i remember in 2003 when i waited for the "better" 6.0l diesel. waited a year because didnt want first year, then realized 6.0l was a turd. in 04 heard about 3v v10 for 05. waited till 05 for 3v v10 and body style change. first year motor but couldnt wait any longer and not a completely new motor. turned out to be a great motor.
The data plan I have in my '18 F150 is through AT&T and is $20 a month with unlimited data. You can not choose who your plan is with. The signal on the truck is stronger than the signal on my Iphone with the same carrier and speeds on the truck are faster than my phone when I test them. I would imagine the modem in the 19 Super Duty will be the same one used in the 150.
Could they not just add it as another device on your current cell phone plan? I traded my '15 F250 in on a '17 Denali 2500 and GM lets you set it up that way or you can buy a plan through OnStar. I'm still living in the stone age and my plan is not unlimited data on my phone, so I pay $20/month through OnStar for Unlimited Data, which AT&T provides the service for it.
The B&O system just sounds better than the Sony. I had the Sony in a 2011 and have the B&O in the '18 150. It is still not great, but much better than the Sony system. Honestly, I think it comes down to marketing and who pays Ford the most to put their name in the trucks, but the B&O does sound better than the Sony did. I know it is all subjective, but I like the B&O.

That was not an option when you sign up. I agree It would be simpler if they let you add it on your plan, not sure why they don't. Also, I think it gives you 3GB or 5GB free for 30 or 90 days as a trial when you first get the truck and after that you have to sign up.
Fleet "Vehicle Special Orders" of off-catalog items like special paint, calibrations, equipment, etc. If you are NOT a big fleet buyer you can ignore this row.
My salesman forwarded me a copy of my order acknowledgment, and it looks like the system accepted it Friday afternoon. In any case, it looks like the 2019 is about $325 more than my 2018 order was and the inflatable rear seatbelts are STILL on material hold!
That’s less than a 0.5% increase from last year- that’s good for us when compared to inflation, etc. What’s really going to bump actual cost is rising interest rates for us that will finance.
