Does anyone sell just the shims for king pins? In the process of a 73 front end transplant into my 65. I bought a king pin set and seem to of lost the shims, I might get lucky as when I took it apart there were no shims but I haven't tried to fit the restored parts yet but didn't want to buy a whole other king pin set to just get the shims.
I needed more shims when I did the king pins on my '66. I could not find any for sale from local and on-line part
stores. I measured the ID and OD of the ones I had and ordered shims off of ebay.

Are you retaining the 1965 spindles? Because if you are, the king pins are 1965 F100/250 2WD only.
NumberDummy, no, as everyone has suggested I bought a 73 parts truck, swapping the i-beams & spindles, for the power disc brakes, power steering, and the 390. Just getting everything prepped right now. Just picked up the spindles from the shop that inserted and reamed the bushings..
I'll check and see if I have my shims left over from when I transplanted the 74 front end. If you haven't purchased them yet. It would only cost me a postage stamp to mail them to you...!!
