2017/2018 F250 XLT leveled w/ 35's on 18" rims

Has anyone had any issues getting America's Tire to mount a 35x12.50 tire on the stock 8" wheel? I want to run the 325/65 BFG A/Ts on the stock 18" wheel but BFG says the minimum width is 8.5" for that tire. I'm wondering if I will need new wheels or not. I really want to keep the stock wheels since I know they are strong enough.

Discount tire won't do it anymore, I had to use Pep Boys for tires as they will still install oversized tires.

General Grabbers, 35x12.50R18, amazing offroad traction. They were a little loud when brand new and have actually quieted down quite a bit. I found them for $850 installed at Discount Tire.
I got pics for days! Thanks Google Pixel unlimited full rez photo storage!
After I got new wheels. Good pic of the tread though.

Tricon - Which Carli system did you go with? How tall is it? I have been debating on 1 or 2" spacer vs replacement spring (which seem to be 2.5" of lift). Leaning towards an 18x9" wide rim and the 35x12.50's. If I can get away with a 1" spacer and no rubbing, then I'll probably do that. But if I need at least 2", then I might just go with a new spring.

I went with an 18x9, and I love the ride and handling. I bought the Carli lift parts and got my own Fox 2.5's and valved them to my liking. The ride is amazing and it feels much more planted and stable in corners.
The"big box" guys won't do it. Liability and a sue happy population make for a lot of hand wringing when you want to bend the rules. I took my 35s to a small shop and they threw em on with no questions. Guys have been putting 35x12.5s on the stock rims for decades now. I ran that with no issues for 6 months. With that said, you should never break the rules and I officially tell you not to do it

Did the carli kit come with an adjustable trac bar or drop relocate bracket? I think I wouldnt mind the spring option over the block if it has a smoother ride. Love those shocks btw. On the Carli suspension page they recommend 17-18" wheels for bump control. Makes me think I should keep running 18's for the summer tires and just get new 35's????
17-18s are always recommended for the best ride and traction. 20s if you want that look. You get a noticably softer ride on 18s over 20s. I put 35s on my stockers the same day I bought the truck, fits fine.
