I was thinking it could be something with the "Battery Management System". The manual states the BMS could cut off the Climate Control but the Airbag Light don't make sense. Guess this may not apply.
Video it with someone in the cab, take it to your dealer and have them do a ride along and show them how it reproduces the faults. Thins needs to be addressed and registered under warrenty.
Sure seems strange like something is not connected properly, and stopping it un connects?
There were some other threads addressing a similar problem. One of them turned out to be a connector/harness issue over the fuel tank or spare tire, not sure. Another was a connector behind the dash in the radio area. Electronics are a funny thing, one small pin getting damaged in a connector can cause numerous problems.

Thank you for that info! This is such a hard topic to run a search for here on the forum.
That's good info. It has to be something like that...I have not changed anything on my electronics at all for months (I can see the dealer blaming this on my LED tail lights right now)...but I know they are not the cause.

Truck goes in tomorrow AM. Early.
Just wondering if you got this resolved?
Did you happen to notice if your engine rpms dropped at all when the symptoms exist? Almost seems like an under-voltage condition, and the BMS is having a hard time responding correctly.

The connector above the spare tire was my first thought also. Here’s the thread....
Hey everyone. The good news is my connector was bad...I guess it looked exactly like the connector i the post above. The bad news is I have to wait until tomorrow or the next day to pick up my truck. The had to order the parts.
It sounds like the connector was the culprit. I won't know for sure until I can drive my truck around for a few miles.
Special thanks to Tony M 6.7 and psdxohio for all the help...links, etc. Very much appreciated!
I will report back when I know for sure it was this connector causing the issues.

Glad to help. I've always believed that we learn something new every day.
big back order time on parts...some guys waiting two months. good luck
That's what I've been reading here also. I think the temporary fix is to clean the terminals and apply dielectric grease until the new harness arrives.
Redrocket.....im curious how many miles you had on your truck before the electrical problems started? My truck arrives next week and I’m thinking I should just wrap that connector in plastic first thing to keep it dry and free of problems.
