Tonneau Covers
While at a recent car show another truck owner wanted me to look at his truck. Specifically his tonneau cover.
It was a nice design fit well and also lifts. No drilling needed. However the owner did drill his corners making it a permanent cover. Look at this website, let me know what you think.

looks nice . but for almost $300.00 i think i will make my own. i made one for a 96 f-150 that i had years ago. i used some one inch box tubing and some sheet metal. i painted it the same color as the truck. you really had to look close to see that it was there.it was flush mounted. i will admit i also kinda cheap.

My regular Berlin tarps which are top mounted were about $250, so to get a hinged model for a few bucks more I don't see it as too expensive. I don't care for them, unless it is for a hot rod/toy that NEVER hauls anything more then a few folding chairs. My daily driver needs better access then that. I see the tarp part is not really removable, so if you need to haul anything tall/big you are screwed. In my eyes you might as well get a fiberglass model so you can paint it. That tarp will fade and get brittle over time and then what?
