My filter was almost black, but lord knows when it was changed last. I was surprised because it really felt like i had more power!

With the injectors being a low PSI system, if you starve them any, they will let you know.

So if my filter was almost black do I really need new injectors, the o rings were changed in the last 10k miles.

Are you having any oil consumption issues if not I’d just pull filter again soon and keep a eye on it

When mine where bad and filter was black I started having major oil consumption issues

Watch your oil levels.
You probably have no o-ring issues.
Filters can go black for more reasons than oil in the fuel.

Only oil consumption is my turbo pedestal is leaking. Going to fix that this weekend.

Now it does sometimes "lope", not really a rough idle. I have had a couple guys comment on it and I have never known why it does that. Somebody told me it could be worn injectors that aren't firing right when idling.
