]Here is a pic of the truck. It's an F500.

Interesting to say the least. He says you could have all the rust repaired in a weekend! Doubtful.

From what I could see in his pictures I don't think you could have all of that rust repaired in 2018! Working full time even. Definitely a "project" but very unique. Just not realistic expectations. Steve

The headlight rings and the hood ornament are in pretty good shape.

Cool looking truck. What was up with the fender? Was that a repair job?
The roof and door pillar will take all year. He says he has $4500 in it and would like to get that out of it. No engine no title in hand. I’m afraid that may be too far gone unless you have money to burn to save the rare three door.

And I'm not too sure about the back half of a panel truck stuck on there. At first, due to the similar patina, I thought the back half of the truck was original but the dual wheels looked strange sticking out of the fender. Then I read the story and saw that he added that to the truck.

Yep, that'll all buff out real nice. The man is a genuine optimist.

Haha you guys are funny. So true on comments!. Its kind of like this... " for the next 3 weeks there will be 1500 dollar vehicles going for 10000. Increase in prices are due to the recent sales at Barrett-Jackson. I have seen that in a posting on cl. One man's junk is another man's treasure they say. I'm guilty of that...

He should go ahead and fix all the rust this weekend and re-list it on Monday. He could get a few thousand dollars more...
My truck, when I got it, had at least 5 gallons of Bondo on it. Some places it was over 1/2" thick. I wonder if this guy is the one who "fixed" mine...

That reminds me. A kid was selling a truck that had a problem. He said he didn't have time to fix it and it would just take a day of work and the truck would be worth $1600 more. I told him he needed to take a day off work and fix it himself. That's $200 an hour for his time and well worth the effort.
I don't think he appreciated me throwing logic into the conversation.

And the guy reckons he's got $4500 in it. Braver than I am.

Correction to a quote from the listing :-

"I hauled it - out of the sea - on my 20' car trailer"

More like "Pimp My Ride". More bondo, less welding.
