Wiring diagrams needed!

does anybody have the wiring diagram for the multifunction switch connector?? I have searched everywhere and can’t find any! My truck is a 2011 XLT super crew. I need to know(preferably by color) which wires are controlling each function of the switch! Thanks

I take it you haven't yet actually looked at the connection. There are no wires, the switch simply plugs into a connection on the SCCM module.

but there is a multi function switch connector that comes out of the back of the steering column... I think it’s a 16 pin connector

That switch is now an electronic module and not a series of switch contacts. What is it exactly you're trying to find?"

Want to check for continuity between the MFS and the BCM. And check the resistance through the switch itself

The MFS plugs into the SCCM, there is no "continuity between the MFS and the BCM" except via the HS-CAN network.

The pin-out and internal layout for the MFS is not documented in the factory service documentation and I haven't come across any from another source (haven't looked much, though...). Diagnosis is supposed to be done with a scan tool that reads the inputs from the switch via the system's network interface. You might be able to use Forscan to do this but haven't tried.

I appreciate it... I guess I’ll have to run it down to ford...
