There were no dually f250s from the factory, F350s yes. The F250 came from the factory with TTB front, The F350 has a Dana 60 front axle. The F150 will have coil front springs, and both the F350 and F250 have leaf springs, so it would take quite a bit of work to put the Dana 60 from a F350 under the F150, as the springs would have to be changed, or coil pads installed onto the D60.

Duallys were all 2wd unless they were upgraded at the stealership. (not 100% accurate on this, but this is my understanding, unless it was a special order from ford)

You dont want a f150 dana44 in the front of the truck. Period.

Either find a d50 TTB or drop in a d60 solid. The d44 is just not skookem enough.

Edit, Im an idiot.

Dually 2wd is a solid bar not TTB if i remember right with coil springs.

If it has leafs, its a dana50 TTB and I'm not sure if that will fit. But the straight axle from the dually if its 2wd will fit, but you'll have to put different knuckles or spindles on it as they are for a dually.

I hope that answers it.

The OP never clarified what part from what truck s/he wants to install on what other truck. And hasn't been back in two days.
