97 f350 5.8l tune up now falling on its face help please

I just bought this 93 f350 5.8 truck from work for 1100 bucks. Ran decent when I got it but seemed to be a little gutless. Did a tune up plugs wires cap and rotor and oil change and air filter and seafoam through the vacuum line. Now about a week after doing all that the truck shakes and sputters bad going up hill or anything over maintaining speed. Seems like it starts missing really badly when trying.to accelerate. Got these codes today.

Bump. Sprayed starter fluid around all the vacuum lines and intake no response. Spark plugs are gapped right and looked good. Copper motorcraft plugs. Looking for a pressure tester for fuel lines before buying one. Truck to idle good just when accelerating it stutters and misses. I really feel like something I did with the tune up is the problem but I have no idea where else to look. Also it seems like my radiator fan is always on. Is that normal?

Auto parts houses often have a tool rental program so look for that, a proper fuel pressure gauge is fluid filled to dampen vibration that will make the needle bounce so much you won't be able to read it, and it will attach to the shrader valve on the drivers side of the fuel rail.

Today I tried some more fixes. While searching and checking my firing order again I found a cracked hose/line green in color. When examining it being cracked it snapped clean off. The the yellow one did too. Seems it was for the EGR control valve. Fixed those by putting some 1/4 inch tubing over the broken line and connecting it to the valve. Thinking it's time to bring her to the shop I cleaned the throttle body the idle air controller changed the fuel filter. Checked the firing order again checked for spark at all the wires checked the spark plug gaps fixed those vacuum lines fixed an exhaust leak and switched to premium fuel still the same problem. At one point I couldn't even gain any speed and had to coast with the pedal mashed but no throttle response to a gas station to gshut down and then put premium in and started back up and made it home. My fuel pressure while running was at 30 for both.tanks didn't register a change for either tank.
