FE C6 trans ID help

I have a FE C6 trans that I'm planning on rebuilding. I need help determining its year etc from the info on the metal tag found on the servo side of the C6. Here's the info from the tag (please help me if you can, thx):

PGB CH1 J3
D5TP AZA035282

Here's the info from the tag: PGB-CH1 D5TP-7003-AZA

1975 F100 360 2WD except CA

After I had submitted my post....I came across this info:

Out of my ignorance....why wouldn't it be a 1976 C6? I ask because of the "CH1" in that highlighted area.

You would assume so, but D5TP-7003-AZA refers to 1975 also used in 1976.
