Big job?

Is it a big job to change the the vct silonods on a 2010 f150 did some troube shooting and i think thats my problem

I watched a few YouTube videos and changed them in my old 2004 F150. It wasn't to bad and I have basic mechanical skills.

On the older engines, they can be changed without removing the valve covers. I did it on my 2006 and it was relatively easy.

I think the 2007 + had design change where the cover has to be removed.

YouTube might know better than I, though

No, I did not remove the valve covers on my 2004. It has been about 4 years since I did the solenoids.
