Nothing, Was told at dealer that since no replaceable filter, system should be cleaned near the 50k mark. Dealer service was going to cost $150-$60. area. Thought might be less $$ if a DIY possible.
There are many good treatments out there. The important ingredient is P.E.A., a proven system treatment element that removes the evil effects of alcohol. Your truck will definitely run better after treating the fuel system. Techron has P.E.A. as well as Gumout products and I've had good results using both. There are many independent testing reports on the internet that will show performance and fuel economy improvements after using the treatments. I have had even more dramatic improvements in my small engines after treating their fuel with the products.

First on things like this believe nothing that they say and half of what you see at a dealership. I started marking my air filters so when I take it in for oil changes they can't show me another dirty filter so they can sell me a new one because mine was dirty.
I've put 100s of thousands miles on gas Ford trucks and have never ran any cleaner or conditioner through them. Most are running 10% ethanol and it's a great cleaner so it's being cleaned everyday.
Since I burn e10 gas constantly, I run a bottle through at each oil change or service interval.
I swap between fuel injection cleaner and gas treatment. Never had an issue to date on any of my trucks, cars, motorcycles, or small engines.
