Cracked tone ring
Question.. I have a cracked rear passenger side tone ring that is making the traction control kick on randomly and applying the brakes. My question is until I get the part and replace it with just disconnecting the sensor on that wheel will that stop the traction control from randomly kicking in?

Probably, but it shouldn't hurt anything to try anyway. It won't make anything worse at least.
Put the cable end of the connector in a balloon or wrap in a bag and tape shut to keep junk from getting in the connection.

Thats what I was thinking, either that or pull the ABS fuse just not sure what would be better
