CLEAN HER UP!

Hey guys wanting to give my truck a decent bath and wanting to see what guys are using for a good wax job and also detailing on the inside of the truck. Live in a dusty climate so I'd like to keep her shiny and free of scratches and blemishes if I can.
THANKS FOR THE HELP.

The ONLY stuff that has ever touched my trucks.

You HAVE to buy H2o Guard and Gloss!I don't care if this stuff was $1000 an oz I would buy it.

I’ve been cleaning cars a long time and I’ve done some pretty extensive detailing on vehicles in the past. Now I don’t go to extremes but I do try to keep it clean and accomplish what I can in a few hours a month. Some of what I do might sound unusual, but it’s what works for me. For interior, I use a brush and a vacuum to clean carpet. Then, I get a small bucket (~1 gal) and fill it with water and a cleaner concentrate. Right now I’m liking the Nonsense cleaner from Chemical Guys. Probably about 20:1, but I don’t measure it. I use that with a microfiber and wash down the whole inside. When my truck gets really dusty inside, the bucket does a better job of cleaning off the rag than trying to do everything with a spray bottle. I go over everything including glass. I then go back over glass with a very lightly mist of glass cleaner on a cloth to remove streaks. For outside I like a really lubey wash like Chemical Guys matte finish wash. It’s fine for any paint and super slick because matte finishes are even more susceptible to scratching than most glossy paints (and more importantly, can’t be corrected). I use that and a lambs wool mitt. My favorite protection is Carlack 68 + long life sealant....klasse is essentially the same thing. I go over it with Zaino Z8 and Z16 on tires. Oh, and I use the Nonsense cleaner on everything I can, including tires, bugs, carpet, engine. It’s really great stuff and not too expensive because even at 4:1 it’s still strong enough for wheels and most engines. Same concentration is good for spots on carpets. Hope this helps. Find out what works for you.
