Anyone care to guess as to what's causing my front end clunking? Has been getting progressively worse for months and now it's to the point I've grounded the truck till I can get it figured out. Front end parts were replaced this past summer, like everything lol. Thanks for any help with this
My truck had more of a squeaking sound and it ended up being the BJs. I also had bad tie rod ends... You can see them flop around when the wheels are turned... What parts did you recently replace?

Another thing, check your track bar bushing.
I replaced the whole front end last July. Only parts I didn't replace were the aftermarket sway bar end links as they were/still are good. No play in them at all and rubber ain't even cracked. Replaced axle u joints, all rotors/pads/hubs, sway bar bushings, all new tie rods, BD adjustable track bar, new drag link, ball joints, dust seals/axle seals and radius arm bushings are recent as well. I've always heard a slight/soft clunk now and then when turning either way, but just got loud all of a sudden so something is a miss for sure.
Sounds like two parts are rubbing is my guess. Any of the aftermarket parts in the path of the factory parts? All your adjustment collars tight and not striking anything?
Other than that id look to the pitman arm and power steering pump.

Yeah I don't get in here often... No clue man. I wish you luck...
So you heard the clunk before the rebuild and that's why you rebuilt the front end I'd assume... Looks like you have to go over the front end if it got worse after replacing EVERYTHING...
