Welcome to FTE
Look for a date code on the battery somewhere and post what it is. While not impossible it would be unlikely to get 18 years out of a battery in an automotive application. The DieHard were good batteries. I have a DieHard gold that is still kickin' it. DieHard platinum were rebadged Enersys iirc.
