Ford 2002 expedition

Hello trying figure out if

A Ford 2002 expedition xlt 4x4 overdrive
Transmission will fit

My 2002 Ford Eddie Bauer 4x4 overdrive

You need to be more specific, Eddie Bauer is a trim level not a vehicle model identifier. Is it an F250? An Explorer? F150?
Also, it would be helpful to know which exact transmission each vehicle currently has. An Expedition may have had either a 4R100 with 20 pan bolts or a 4R70W with 14 pan bolts.
