Well attempt #2 at the Explorer Customer Satisfaction fix. First time the parts were back ordered. This time they are shuttling me to a from work and see if I can squeeze a car wash out of them too. Enjoy the cold weather while it lasts.....which hopefully is short.
They just performed the fix on my folks explorer. I think they reprogrammed the HVAC. I'll check when I pick it up
Looks like we're getting a new wheelchair lift installed in the Transit. That damn thing has spent nearly four months in the shop over the last year-and-a-half, and Rollx is tired of fixing it. They're covering the cost of the lift, which is a little north of $5K after Ricon can't tell them how to get it working right.
Currently down in Coon Rapids watching Hannah this afternoon after her day nurse called off. Fortunately I can do my job from just about anywhere, but this is getting frustrating.
