Has anyone seen this type of defect on their SD grille? My suspicion is that this is a result of either a cheap aftermarket grille or a factory defect. Truck is a 2007 F250xlt. Any input appreciated. Chrome Wrinkes?
Mine looks the same (factory part, one owner truck). It's hidden behind a full front end replacement bumper and I DGAF. I have the special "blue wore off" Ford oval too.
My 2006 has those wrinkles too. Did it years ago and has never worsened though. Thought it would peel off at some point, but it hasn’t. All original parts.....
Ended up getting an aftermarket replacement grill for about $100. It looks good and with some luck it will fit correctly. I'll install it when the weather warms up a bit. Thanks for the imput.
