Awesome Ride after moving from a 2006 DRW F350 6.0 and a 2011 F150 Ecoboost - Now have the best of both worlds with a bunch of extra technology.

I know the doc fees are capped at $100, however my dealer has another $91.68 listed under "Other Fees" in addition to the $100 doc fee. Is this allowed? I didn't ask them what the other fees were...

 

Delivery!!! For those interested in my situation, here is the summary.
Ordered Jan 24
VIN on 3/15
Went into production on 4/25. 3 months in order processing??? Unbelievable. ETD May 23
Built May 23 and went immediately to in transit PALSAPP showed delivery to Strawberry yard. ETD June 23
Somewhere in June went backwards to awaiting shipment with no ETD
then went back to in transit on about JUNE 23 with ETD of July 12
On July 6 COTUS showed delivery to dealer..
24 weeks order to delivery. Wow!!!
As of the end of July 9, no contact from dealer. I am testing their customer service which I think is poor. If I have not heard by end of July 11, I will call and raise hell. I am still traveling and can't pick up until July 14 anyway.
Configuration: F250 Lariat, Lariat Ultimate, CC, SB, 6.7, 4x4, blue jeans, camel leather, adaptive cruise, BLIS, tow technology, universal garage, extended running boards, quad beam headlights, 18" stock wheels.

My dealer ain't hittin' on much either. I ordered 4/7 and didn't hear anything until I asked if they had a VIN mid-May. I asked if he could give me updates along the way.
I heard nothing.
I emailed again at the end of June asking if he had a delivery date. He said it should be here the first week of the month (this month). I emailed again on 7/4. He then said it should be any day now. I went in yesterday (7/9) to sign papers and take advantage of my PCO. Told me that it is in NC and doesn't know when it will be here.
Also, any email responses from my salesman took a minimum of 24-36hrs to get back to me (I always emailed between 7-9am). Two phone calls not answered. One voicemail not returned. One message left with receptionist not followed up on (after a call to salesman's office and cell)

So, the only thing I know:

Ordered - 4/7
VIN - ?
Built - Window sticker shows 6/1 on bottom...?
Dropped at Shelbyville Mixing Station (rail yard) - 6/13
Delivery date - ?

My truck was never in COTUS or ETIS. Window sticker showed up first week of June. PALSAPP showed something the start of the 3rd week of June.

I guess I'll just wait for the phone call now.
