Yes another Sync 4.6 file not found thread!
I have scoured the forums and done every trick...system reboots, maint. reports, etc...Yes my USB has all the right settings...Yes I am following the directions under phone setting...I have unzipped the file...I have changed lowercase to capital and back again so all the files match...but still it says FILE NOT FOUND IN ROOT DIRECTORY!!!!
