There is an outfit that makes the third light that attaches with Suction cups or adhesive to the back window. Made for Model A's but should work for you if you are okay with it being in the window, not above. BrakeLighter™
...surface mount. Three small holes, two for the screws and one for a small wire pigtail. I can go back and find where I got it, or you can just search for them. Since I was stripping the cab down to repaint anyway, I made a small backing plate with nuts and tack welded it inside the cab, so I could use machine screws to mount the light. I don't like using sheet metal screws, but you could do that if you wanted to make a quicker install.

Sorry for the delay...out of town. I got this light from spoilerlights.com. Its a surface mount light, that I painted the housing. They have a good variety, just search by type you're looking for. Good luck.
