With the ignition switch in the Accessory position power is fed from connection B5 to A1. When it is in the Run position power is fed from connection B1 to A1. Based on the Power Distribution schematic the wipers and radio use the same switch contacts. My guess is you do have an ignition switch issue.

it must be in the wiring itself, cause i just replace the switch couple hours ago.

To be clear you know the ignition switch is different from the ignition cylinder...

Not necessarily. The ignition switch is located on top of the steering column. You could try adjusting it. Or it could have bad contacts.

The plastic ignition actuator is also known to break. This could be a sign of a bigger problem.

Then it's either mis-adjusted or you have a broken wire. The photos I posted previously have troubleshooting information.

Another possibility is the actuator could be broke or very close to breaking (as mentioned before). The plastic version used on this vintage truck is known to break. For that matter the older trucks had a pot metal version that was also prone to breaking.

Let's go back and revisit "the one under the dash? already replace that ".

Yes the ignition switch is located under the dash, but it is located on the steering column.

If your connector looks different from what I posted then we are talking apples and oranges.

Take the switch back out and operate it by hand, if it works ok you know it's the actuator,if it is still acting up, you know it's bad wire or connection.
