I no longer have the ability to see the place to request a vehicle health report from Sync. I can't remember if I had the ability to see the life in my oil but if I did, it's gone too. I have "FORScan'ed" the following upgrades:
1/ Bigger fuel tank
2/ Nav
3/ HDC
4/ DRL
5/ No more Sirrus in radio selections
6/ Added Ford Remote start with perimeter alarm
7/ Added compass to the instrument cluster
8/ I'm sure I have forgotten something

Did I remove/delete something while using FORScan?

 

Oil life is not available on the 6.7/diesel Super Duties. You can only get the percentage from the Vehicle Health Report for the SD.

Do you have a Sync Account? It is required for a VHR.

Okay, so I'm not crazy that l couldn't remember where the oil percentage is. That must be in wife's truck.

I do have Sync account, I have done VHR before but it's been a month or two.

I just followed those directions and there is no Vehicle Health in the selections.

 

Larry, I can post pictures of my menus if that helps.

 

You saw the percentage for Oil Life in Wife's truck not the SD.

Can you access it via the Setting "gears" on the bottom of the screen?

Vehicle

Press the Settings icon > Vehicle, then select from the following:

• Vehicle Health Report
• Rear View Camera
• Enable Valet Mode.

Vehicle Health Report

Turn Automatic Reminders on and off and set the mileage interval at which you would like to receive the reports. Press ? for more information on these selections.

When done making your selections, press Run Vehicle Health Report Now if you want your report.

Have you tried a Master Reset? Did you do a master reset after you added NAV?

 

I did do a master reset after I installed Nav a few weeks back and I did another master reset about an hour ago.

 

Are there any other Sync commands that seem to be missing?

Have you disconnected the batteries for a few minutes to see what it will do?

It is strange for sure. Hope you can get it sorted out.
