O2 sensor location

I am changing the entire exhaust section that contains catalytic converters on left/right side on 2002 F150, 4.2. New parts are manufactured by Walker and supposed to be direct replacements. However, new parts has downstream O2 sensors behind (downstream) of the catalytic converter. Original sensor is in the converter. The upstream O2 sensors are located in exhaust manifold. Will this be an issue?

Thanks for the reply. We reset the codes and driven a few miles and have not had any fault codes.
