Thats easy with truck in neutral have some body turn engine over while you watch it.
just take the coil wire off so it don't start. Usually on the smaller PTOs, should have two
shafts that turn oposite so you choose the direction you need. Nothing can be done
with the rotation of the tranny counter shaft - direction is determined by the PTO:
