Update: Had the best guy I know look at it today, he was with me and drove it ~50 miles of varying conditions. The truck lost power ONCE, he seems to think it's electrical/wiring perhaps causing the ignition to cut out, doesn't seem to think the fuel supply is being interrupted at all. He told me to keep it and drive it through the week and if it resurfaces then to bring it back. Typical, the problem is absent when I'm trying to get the ****ing problem fixed. Goddammit I'm so frustrated with this thing ...
I'm sorry man but just linking something isn't clear as to what you are trying to say. I take it you want me to go back to previous suggestions and prove them out? I will do that. My parts guy hasn't had any luck with a part number for the relay sockets, but I'm still trying to find some.
I will try and track some down. Do you guys know the part number off hand for those relay sockets? If not no big deal
So have you or have you not physically looked at the wiring going into the relays? A week later and you didn’t find the relay connectors? Listed right there on Napa’s web site.
EDIT: Found my receipt. Used the Interwebs to look up which part number was for which relay.
EC199 fuel pump relay connector
EC121 computer control relay connector

Thank you for the part numbers I will call NAPA and see if they can get them. Rla I have looked at them a good deal, there is no rust, just dusty.
