so I came across this 2000 7.3 with 177,000 Miles on it. I don’t know much about fords or these engines but the guy sent me some videos of the truck. Does this sound bad at all? And if drops the price from $4,500 to $3,000 wondering how soon I can get cash, does that seem sketchy? Lol

Is the truck from a salty area? what are rockers and cab mounts like?

If you don't know about diesel engines it is probably best to stay away. Stretch yourself to get into a newer turnkey gasoline truck will save a lot of frustration and expense.

 

I’ve always wanted a diesel and got a mechanic for when I do. I just came across the deal and wasn’t sure about it. Truck is from the desert.

 

Works for me now. Why is the dude moving so fast with the camera? Didn't look too bad or sound bad. Clear title in HIS name? Just seems kinda sketchy he would drop the price that much that quick.
