Flashing OD check engine light

New to this forum

2001 F150 Super Crew. check engine light came on after having new trailer brake controlelr installed, OD Light on shifter blinking
and will not shut off. Put inot gear and barely moves over 5 MPH

Parked. What now?

Also saw liquid coming from Muffler area rapidly. no smell, not oily.

Ideas

Flashing OD check engine light

The fluid by the exhaust, what does it look like? You need to get the code pulled of of the computer ro start with.
