56 stainless help

56 stainless help
I think I’ve found some 56 front windshield stainless, but it’s 4 hours away. The guy has 53-59 stuff and I’m looking for a way to tell 56 stainless from the later stuff. He wants a premium for it and I’m afraid if it’s wrong I may not be able to get my money back out of it.

Can anyone help me out with a easy way to ID 56 stainless trim?

Terry's F100 Parts in Stromsberg, Neb.
Did you try calling Terry's for the pieces- might be a good option.

Still trying to figure out what this guys got. He says one is definitely different than the others.

They are different. I can't remember for sure but I think the 57-60 is wider than the 56. Meaning the cab width is wider so the trim sections are longer. I think!

That makes sense Kevin. I’ll have to look and see if I can find the 57-60 cab size.

I have a couple sets for the 56...I could measure it if it would help. Measuring the glass should get you in the ballpark as well.

Now that you guys mention 56 trim, is there any rain gutter trim for a 56 around,I understood that the last guy making it may have passed on.
