Had the same thing in my 2011 F350 - drove me nuts on a 300 mile trip.
Was the trim to the lower left of the steering wheel, right about where your left knee is. It’s held in by only tabs, so jyst grab it at the bottom and give a quick yank out. I sprayed lithium grease on the tabs and edges - got rid of the squeaking.
