My truck is a loaded lariat but I didn’t get the chrome package but I really like the ORM exhaust tip any one have a take off that I willing to get rid of it? I didn’t like the chrome mirror caps or the door handles
I went with the MBRP T5111. They slide right over the existing tips, and do not cover the vent holes in the OEM exhaust tips. Look great, install took about 5 minutes. Should have been standard equipment.

Do you have a gas or diesel truck? The factory chrome tip is available as a Ford Accessory for the gas trucks and easy to install. The diesel chrome tips cannot be retrofitted as factory, anyway. The final section of exhaust on the diesel is welded on; Ford chromes the dual tips and then welds them on.
I always wanted the chrome tips on my previous diesels, but only factory. No goofy bolt on.
You can polish the non-chrome exhaust tips of the diesel to a very nice finish...not chrome, but definitely shiny.
Not great shots - it's cloudy, snowing and cold as ***** out there, and somebody parked right next to me. I wiped off most of the road grime, but left the snow for dramatic effect.
Bought mine here. A big improvement over stock, IMHO.
I went with a whole DPF back setup for mine since I like the single chrome tip look. Obviously more expensive that most people are looking to spend for something purely cosmetic, but it was worth the $270 shipped to me.
Rajones19, just a word of warning...the "holes" in the factory exhaust are not cosmetic...they create a venturi effect which lowers the temp of the exhaust gas leaving the tip. Apparently without the vents the gases could be hot enough to melt a fiberglass boat (I doubt it, just requoting an article.) Understood - and those exhaust tips do NOT cover the holes in the OEM tip, which is why I chose them. I see I mistyped that part in my original message, so I have edited to correct that. These are designed specifically for this vehicle and engine. It's hard to see in the crap photos I posted, but in the second shot you can see one of the holes just forward of the clamp screw. None of the OEM holes are occluded.
