Cracked Nav screen
I have a 2016 F 350 with 50,000km on it
I have a cracked and inactive nav screen.
The crack started on the bottom of the screen below where it’s even visible and cracked straight up.
Since then I have tried to press the screen to active heated seats etc and it’s now completely spider webbed with cracks and won’t work at all.
i called the service dept and was told it’s very unlikely that it will be covered under warranty ???!!!
Its going to be several thousand to fix it.
