Have been having problems with moisture showing up on the inside of the windows and found the passenger rear seat belt so wet couldn't use it. Truck has been back to dealer with the same problem and they replaced moon roof track, didn't help.
I don't think you will get any resolve for that type of issue here. I'm afraid that's one of the situations that warrants you taking it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it. If they don't then file a grievance with Ford Motor Company. That sort of thing can be very frustrating.
There was a 2017 F-150 in the service department of my hometown dealership with a similar problem and it took them 3 weeks before they found the fix. I don't know what that was but I'm sure the owner wasn't very happy. Sometimes there are no instant answers to these type of issues. Or even a quick fix.
