Need input on replacement tailgate & maybe bed

Need input on replacement tailgate & maybe bed
My old girl has obviously been used for what she is and it shows in the bottom of the bed. Kinda like a kiddie roller coaster....slight waves. 
The tailgate.. well lets say I blew my top when the guy dropped a bale of hay on it from 10ft up just 2 weeks after getting it replaced. Hasn't worked the same since.
Anyway...I have ran across a deal I just may not pass up.
full length bed AND tailgate.
Tailgate is perfect. Just need to paint to match. The bed is almost perfect... slight dent on the fender edge about 2 inches long and 1/16th deep. Like a hard door ding.
Comes with all mounting hardware and tailgate has all hardware.
All for a very cheap price. If I don't use the bed I can sell for the original cost to cover the price of painting and fuel for the drive.
4hr drive to get it but... if it fits...I will take it.
Not sure tho if I am going to use the bed. but the tailgate... I do want it.
However it is from a 2004 F350 Crew Cab
Will it work? Mine is an early 99.

LMAO!! I just may have to get a new F150 Emblem just for that reason. Yes, this F150 has a 7.3 powertroke hehe
