if the studs have gone bad on my v10 do I have to replace the entire Manafold or can I just get new studs?

There’s hours of discussion on FTE about that subject.
Please read- plenty more details to consider.

Most people here agree the manifold should be machined to ensure its flat.

The manifolds can usually be reused. Just make sure the flanges across the length of manifold are flat.
