F-550 V-10 exhaust manifold failures
A good friend of mine has a 2016 F-550 v-10 with 8000 miles on it and has two leaking exhaust manifolds.

Only if the hold-down studs have snapped.

Had left manifold replaced on a 2015, 32,000 miles,32 months.

Exhaust manifold studs breaking has been a common problem on the V10s for a long time. Wonder why Ford hasn't fixed this issue after all these years?

F550 with a v10? Says a lot about the V10 if you ask me... All seriousness why would they not have the 6.2 in it?

Because the v10 is a true workhorse and nothing beats displacement
