92 E4OD replacement ?
I have a 92 4x4 f-150 with the 5.8L and a blown E4od trans. I want to put a used one in it. my question is will any e4od work or dose it have to be one out of a 92 f-150 with the 5.8l?

Any year 4wd E40D should work. The bellhousing is the same for 300, 302, 351w.

be carfull, in '95 the changed the MLPS (Manual Lever Position Switch)(neutral switch) to a different connector.
