Squeaky engine
I have a 1995 F-150 with a factory 351 engine. 152,000 original mile and engine is running strong. My problem is that there is a squeak coming from the front of my engine, that comes and goes and also varies with engine RPM. I have eliminated the belt and various pumps and alternator by removing the belt and starting the engine... the noise is still there. When I listen with a steth-a-scope it sounds like it is coming from the distributor area. Any ideas?

Just don't go to Autozone at all. Go to a real parts place. The only difference between Autozone's 1 year and lifetime warrantied parts is the price, not the parts.
