2009 f150 put in new battery and have no heat now had before new battery

There are 2 methods that tend to fix this.
1. Take both cables back off the battery and hold them together for a minute or so. This will drain any residual power from the ETAC.
2. Remove the ETAC from the dash and disconnect all electrical connectors from it for a few minutes, then put it all back together.
