No cold start even with starting fluid

So as the post read, below 20F my 2011 5.4l will not start unless the block heater is plugged in. After that it starts all day. I have read a little about IATs and can and crank sensors, not sure what to try next. Probably unrelated, the blower motor is loud, but hardly any air blows out the vents, (blend door?) Any help is greatly appreciated

Worn spark plugs with a gap wider than specified will cause hard starting when cold. How many miles on your spark plugs?

The plugs are quite old most likely, I have been getting occasional misfires more often. I wonder if I plugs would do it. Is there an affordable way to replace coil packs, too, or does everybody prefer ford parts for that? Loving this car, I will try to post pics of it

Leveling kit, 275/65/r20, grill guard, led headlights, and no cold start!

Yes new spark plugs will help a lot. The misfires might be due to the plugs and not the COPs. The cheaper solution is to buy a new boot/spring kit for your COPs and change them when changing the spark plugs. Most misfires are due to the boots cracking and allowing spark to jump through to the heads.
