Cool nice truck! Love the black Excursions!
Looks like we got the trucks at almost the same time and I may have even had that truck up on a search or two! Hahaha.
I'm down in Miami. We just bought our third Ex but the first diesel version. I'm going to be doing some of the same work on the truck but I did decide to bite the bullet and do a good deal of preventive repairs to the engine first. I hope to have it back tomorrow. Let's see how that goes.
Anyway.... +1 on where you got those LED tail lights. I do like the look of those! On my headlights... I'm going to buff out mine well as they are in decent shape and will be replacing mine with a pair of Rigid SAE driving lights waiting on a bench for the truck to make it back.

-Headlights were purchased on ebay, they are Spyder brand projector & LED low beam. Important to check the item details as they sell a projector with a halogen installed. You've got 2 options for colors of the background, chrome or matte black (I went with black)
Installations isn't too tough, factory wiring harness as well as hardwiring into the parking lights for the LED and CCFL Halo's. Now that I think of it, I believe that's another option (LED halo or CCFL halo) I think the ccfl's give a better spread on the halos and make them look like a solid light, the halos seemed to have small gaps between them within the halo ring. Kind of hard to describe but if you saw them side by side you'd know what I mean. You will re-use your stock turn bulbs for these.
