The rear arms should be no where near the rear leafs. I use a 2 post as well. Although easily within weight limits I use manual stabilizers on each corner. Admittedly mine is a regular cab but I would think your rear lift point is closer to the front of the bed.

Just because that lift can raise it does not mean that those concrete anchors can hold that leverage!

Holy Batman!
OSHA would not approve, and I rarely agree with gubmint agencies, but in this case, I would.

Ok, OK. Option B. I never said it wouldnt be better. Just had to eat enough painkillers to crawl back under the truck....still not ideal. I understand. In the summer I can open the door and center it with the bed out the door.

Cant really get any farther forward or i'll be at the part of the frame that starts to curve up as you can see.

That is better, but still should be shifted rearward, if your gonna do any kind of work that can shake it I'd get some pole jacks to steady it due to the length

Before you hurt yourself or your vehicle, you need to either listen to the posters above or find someone who can show you the approximate center of gravity for your vehicle and how to properly lift it.

Your big blue post should be somewhere between the A and B pillars. You are at least 3 feet too far forward in the pics above, regardless of which way your truck is pointed.

Apparently, some of you just enjoy hearing (seeing) yourself talk (write). How many effing times do you have to repeat each other? You sound like a bunch of cackling, caddy women at a hair salon.

If you take a better look at the front pad ,where would you put it to move the truck rearward?....i get it that its not perfectly centered. Moving it any further rearward would have the front pad on the square cross member. It didnt seem like it was thick enough to support the weight. although it probably would be fine. But to gain a few inches I figured the hell with it.......I think it will be fine. Anyway, I'll do some projects (flaps) that dont require going under it first

With how heavy the front of a 6.7 powerstroke is, you really need to get those front pads further forward to the front of the truck. I'd be willing to bet that if you went to the rear bumper you could push up and lift the whole back of the truck. It is almost like a seesaw In that picture.

also, I speak from experience, I have a 12k lift in my garage and a buddy lifted my 6.0, it was so out of balance I could lift the rear, I just did it to show him and then let it down immediately
