Was the BMS reset using IDS? This will reset days in service and adjust the charging curve. Also the internal temp of the battery is calculated by the BMS and it will try to heat a cold battery by charging up to 16v. You need to watch the alternator on IDS or forscan and see what the amperage output is and watch the load shed. It sounds like the system needs a reset.

He is measuring 15 volts at the battery. He obviously did that with some sort of voltmeter. I was only stating that his test meter could be off by =/- 10%.
