You guys make out ok with all this cold weather and freezing we've been having?

 

Thawed out again.

Terri managed a snow day & late arrival the next.

Black ice & the Stack worry crap outta me over her commute.

Got warm enough to work in shop with a little heat.

Pipes all made it through thank heaven.

 

I just had two days off last week because they had the twin span (and all other bridges going to new orleans) closed. It was nice to have a little down time to play with the kids.


You been doing anything with that truck of yours, David?

 

Not much. Hacking up some donor wiring harness for MA conversion.

Building test rig for injectors.

Mustang still needs a bunch of BS stuff like hinge & door latch repair.

 

I hate door work. They are such a pain to align! I pulled my strikers out of my car when I painted everything and I probably spent 45 minutes on each side, getting them aligned so the doors open and close smoothly. I can only imagine what it takes to make hinges line up correctly.

 

I'm a little late mentioning it, but our bud Thomas slammed right on into the big "5 Oh my god" this past week.

January almost over. Get through Feb & I'll call it a good start to 18.
