Well, got the carcinoma off my nose and the nose job completed, didn’t improve my looks though.
been working on the “Honey Do” list since I could stand to put glasses on again. New flooring on the stairs, cut the grass, took the young men from church shooting last Saturday, took the youngest boy to the range in Vancouver Monday, cleaning the shed to put all the tools in the house back in there.
The tile company finished the new shower, really looks good.
gotta wait 5 weeks to see if they can get me rescheduled for my shoulder replacement, A1C was to high so to much of a risk.

My surgeon wanted to see blow 7.0
I told the PA that was doing the pre surgical if we want to
get me there we may be doing the work in a morgue. The
last time I tried to get it pelow I was nearly ready to fill a
hole in the ground. I just am not a fan of waking up dead.

What’s up everyone? Seems to be quiet around here lately. Hopefully I’m not killing the conversation.
I’ll ask my typical Friday question...what’s everybody doing this weekend?
I’ll be under the truck tomorrow. Oil change, transfer case fluid change and attaching a skid plate. Also need to do some grinding on a new mount for my ham radio antenna and get that affixed. Might wash it as well just to get all the pollen off.

Some of the same thing I need to do. less mounting an antenna.
I would like to get my GROL with the radar part also. ut self study does not work so well for me. A class where I have to get things
in on a given day and also have face to face instruction where I can ask questions. My turbine/helicopter instructor limited me on
the number of questions I could ask each day. Not because I was asking too many stupid ones. but because I was asking all the good
ones and not leaving any for the other students to ask. Meaning they got the stupid questions.

GROL? I’m drawing a blank.
The rain squashed some plans today. I got the oil changed and the skid plate installed. Waiting to do the transfer case when I can lie on the ground and not get wet.
Now it’s pouring outside, so a warm dinner and a drink is in order.

and got them charged up. Nothing like cutting open a battery case and then gluing back together. I have one more pack to finish.
Snap On wants $150 for a pack that has about $20 in parts in it. Pay For Name.
Forgot to add.

The text from Wikipedia.org
The General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) is a license granted by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
The GROL does not convey the authority to operate an amateur radio station, for which the FCC has a separate licensing system, nor is
it required for any engineering jobs in radio and ...
It is needed for avionics work. You don't HAVE to have it but if you don't there are things you can't work on.

Hi again Washington Chapter!
We survived the big move and now I can get back to normal! Sheesh!
Anyone know any concrete flatwork companies that do work in South Pierce County?
