2012 F450 Just Died

So I'm new here but am hoping that the members here can help me look for the correct fix.

so this morning I get into my 2012 f450 xlt v10 truck crank it as I always do and let it warm up. After about 15 minutes of idling I leave. Make it less then 2 miles from home and the truck acts like someone just cut the key off. No brakes power steering etc. Before I noticed the truck died i went to give it gas and it was dead. After stopping and calling my other wrecker to come get me and the truck we took it back to the shop where it rolled over with the key trying to start it. This worked twice and no start. Went to do it again and the ignition when trying to fire the truck acts as if you disconnected the battery when the starter attempts to spin the motor. So I go and buy a new starter hoping this is the issue , clean battery terminals , attempt to crank again still nothing, same thing key hits run position truck acts as if someone's pulling the battery out , ( turn key to accessory fine , turn more to run ..... truck makes a click from starter engaging then truck goes no battery at all mode. ).

I have replaced starter and battery now.
have also removed the serpentine belt
pulled the plugs and coils to see if that may be it
A buddy came over and is saying that the engine is not turning over like it's locked up.

I removed the inspection plate on it and could turn the motor by the flywheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have also ran hot wire straight to the starter and all it does it make the starter engage at a rapid rate.

2012 f450 repo truck
v10
185,800 miles
serviced religiously
synthetic oil used since new
auto tranny
2wd
141" wheelbase.

You should have a hot at the starter,,,,you can take a screwdriver and jump across it to see if it engages normal with the key on or off.......

Fuel issue maybe? Pump dying or dead, filter bad (think the filter is part of the pump now, so may not be replacsble)? Fuel pump fuse? Bad gas? Are you in one of the sub zero sections of the country (17 below zero where i am) - try dry gas?

pull the plugs and see if it turns over

if you pull the plugs and turn it over...if its hydro locked...fluid will eject from the plug holes.

cold weather brings the possibility of blown head gaskets due to insuficent warm up time.....the heads will expand as the engine gets hot differently then the block does.

this is more of a problem with 6.7 I believe becuase the heads are aluminum and the block is iron.

Check alternator, fuses (particularly alt fuse), and connections in the main power lines.

use jumper cables from the negative terminal(s) to the engine block - as close to the starter as possible. Rule out possible gremlin on any of the ground connections or in the wires.

Battery cables can go bad in the middle - might look great on both ends but still need replaced.
