I cant say on power but you may want to re-think that 750 cfm carb.

I say this as I tried a Holley HP 650 cfm mechanical secondarys on my 360 (AMC) drag motor. Then tried a Holley HP 750 cfm mechanical secondarys.
The motor had a bog off the line with the 750 that I had a heck of a time to work out, never totally out but could live with it.
The ET times never changed start to finished but the 650 felt stronger off the line, no bog and was a whole lot easier to tune.

I also got to ask what is the RPM range of the cam & intake? I think the Victor jr is a high RPM unit no? That cam may also be high RPM with that lift?
Thinking not a street motor and if it is go with the 650 cfm carb.

Stock rods & pistons? What compression is that motor going to end up with the 62cc heads? Again not knowing the cam I am thinking the cam calls for 10.5:1 or more to work right.

You may want to ask this same question over here to see what they have to say.

If you put a high winding fire breathing engine in a heavy truck, you will be disappointed with it unless you change the gearing and you might have to put a stall converter in the trans. Especially if you are going to run oversize tires.

What kind of driving do you intend to do? That's a fairly aggressive cam and with those numbers and a 108 lobe separation it will have a pretty rough idle. Plus with the single plane intake you're not even going to start making power until you get over 3,000 RPM. Bottom end torque will be sacrificed, it will be a complete turd at low RPM and you'll have to really wind that engine to see the benefits of a build like that.

Looking at it again it looks like it is all bolt on goodies with a stock short block.
You cant open the catalog and order the biggest parts that fits the motor and have them work.
If so then the compression will not work with the cam or intake.

With that cam lift will need to check spring bind, valve to piston clearance, rocker arm travel if using stock that I will say will not work with that lift and need of longer push rods just to name a few things.
