LED orientation

Bought some lower budget LED headlights from Amazon. Good F250 review by someone there. Maybe a forum member, who knows!
The diodes are on either side of a semi flat surface. Do they face top side/bottom side or left side/right side? Or does it vary depending on the inside of the lens? Directions do not mention anything about this. It only states, "the socket is adjustable for better lighting pattern.
There's a tiny allen head screw and included wrench to swivel the lights where they need to be.

I’m almost positive in one of Headlight Revolution’s videos they say it’s suppose to be left to right and not up and down. Id YouTube their led headlight video for more info.

Will take a look. Thank you.
It's at about the 11:10 mark of this 19:20 video. But if anyone else wants to know, they face left and right like Mike says above.
